    Josh, I like the reverse mortgage option due to less return risk. In my mind the extra $60-80K at the end with the $190K mortgage is not worth the return risk. Question: what about the cost to set up the reverse mortgage? I seem to remember you saying they are expensive to set up. Will that make the difference greater? This has given me more to think about if/when we decide to buy another home. Thanks
