This call seemed bogus to me. She clearly said she’d be turning 30 and they have assets that could immediately offer relief. Either she is a bogus caller or she wants her cake and wants to eat it too. Just my opinion.

Ten years ago, I had 8, 3 bedroom homes that I was attempting to rent. I was doing all the work, while my brother was m.i.a. I stayed with it for nearly ten years and it was a nightmare. In Oct. of 2010, I sold my share of the business, to my brother, and never looked back. Thank goodness I got out of rental properties. Finding good people, who will take care of the house, use common sense, and pay on time is about impossible these days. My phone rang all the time and made several trips to the courthouse. And yes, I did my very best to keep my properties cleaned, painted and all appliances working. People will lie straight to your face.

Yeeeeeeaaahhh….I don’t like my job. I don’t think I’m gonna go anymore. “You gonna quit?” Nah, I’m just gonna stop going. “Won’t you get fired?” I don’t know, probably. “What about bills?” You know what, I never really liked paying bills. I don’t think I’m gonna do that anymore, either. -Peter Gibbins

She probably thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea for him to be a stay at home dad at some point. But then reality came thru, and by then it was too late.

Everyone is saying dump the husband in the comments but she stated that her husband takes care of the household. If the roles were reversed NOONE would say dump he wife in the same situation to you people are hypocrites.

My question is who gave this poor lady a loan on a second mortgage with all that debt and an income of 75,000? If they both agree that the husband stay home and take care of kids …then that’s fine. But if he isn’t taking care of household responsibilities and not working then that’s not fine.

Sounds like hes a stay-at-home dad. And she is experiencing what men have been experiencing for years. Men go out and Bust their a** at work and then the woman stays at home and now that the roles are reversed were supposed to feel sorry for her? I thought they wanted equality
