Last phase of this bull market. This is where the average "shoe shine boy" starts getting in to "hit it big". Jobs numbers are a late sign in the economy. When your neighbor starts telling you he's getting into stocks and asking what your favorite stock is, that's when the top is near! I'm predicting we rally to new highs all the way till March when it finally tops out. But for now, party like it's 1999. (this same time in 1999, the market took off until it topped in March 2000) I remember it well !
